Binishells has developed and tested a breakthrough suite of construction Systems. These Systems harness over 60 years of technological know-how and target the biggest areas of need and growth in today’s construction industry. Our Systems offer significant cost, structural and environmental advantages over traditional construction and over other technologies using air forms. These advantages include reduced construction time, cost, complexity and environmental impact, with enhanced architectural desirability and flexibility.
Our Systems enable square, rectangular and asymmetrical plans as well as multi-story typologies and are code compliant internationally. Our new Systems are applicable to both the high-end of the architectural market, to high-growth segments such as green construction and to high-need areas such as low cost housing and disaster relief. We therefore target major triple bottom line returns for profit, people and the planet. Binishells are more affordable because they require less labor and materials, safer because they are more structurally efficient, and more environmental because they provide thermal bridge-free building envelopes.
WE DO NOT BUILD, WE DO NOT SELL FLOOR PLANS OF OUR DESIGNS, NOR DO WE SELL THE SPECIAL EQUIPMENT REQUIRED TO BUILD BINISHELLS.
Instead we license our technologies to contractors and/or developers. As part of our licensing agreement, we effectuate a technology transfer and provide required special equipment and know how. We also provide our licensees with full architectural and engineering services, marketing, support and construction oversight for our projects. We periodically update all our licensees with improvements to our existing suite of technologies and distribute information on new technologies. In this way we aim to diffuse our technologies nationally and internationally.
Please see the introduction section of this web site for additional details on the process.
